  is intended to act as a basic “How To” manual to help Missouri FOP Members develop the  necessary knowledge and resources for the collective bargaining (CB) process.  We hope you will find the information useful as you work though gaining recognition and ultimately a contract for your brother & sister FOP Members.  It should be used as a starting resource only and not the end all bible of collective bargaining.  It provides a good foundation of knowledge and a good list of resources.  If you have any questions or need more information please contact your Missouri FOP State Labor Committee, Lodge Attorney, National FOP Labor Services Division or one of the resources listed.

    Information / Password

    The majority of the information on the site is password protected and is easily accessible by using the password supplied to you by your local lodge Secretary, President or from the site administrator.  The password is good for all pages on the site.

    Posting Questions / Information

    This opening page and several of the other internal pages have a location for posting questions or comments.  Please feel free to ask questions or contact us to get all the information you would need to help you understand the process.  To post questions or comments or other information you will need to register with the site.  Once you register your membership will be verified.

    Remember to use the information here freely and if you need additional info you cant find here, just call and we’ll try to find it for you.  Remember, KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!!!  Don’t go into this process without gathering the necessary information and doing your homework.
